After some days you will find that your sleep is improved. Just keep a balance with not too little and not too much sleep. Working late at night and then sleeping the next day is a sure-fire way to feed depression. Also, do not try to force your brain late at night when it is half-asleep.

Depression pulls us back from our life. It destroys our family and marriage life as well as lengthens the distance between a person and his responsibilities and this feeds it. 

One just feels to pull back from his/her life and give up responsibilities at home and work. Keep yourself involved and having daily responsibilities can help you maintain a lifestyle that can help counter depression. These just give you a sense of accomplishment.

When you are depressed, you are confused. In such a situation you should force yourself to do something different. Visit a park, ride a bicycle, read some articles or storybook. 

You can do anything that can unwind you like sitting in front of the TV, listening to music, or going to a golf club. This will make you feel free and can remove your stress. 

Try anything that makes you feel happy and positive.
